Our lowest tariff for shorter flights, e.g. from Warsaw to London or from Kraków to Rome, is 119 PLN (Inclusive of airport fees and administrative taxes). However, despite our sincere wish to do so, we cannot sell all tickets at such a low price.
Let’s look at this simple calculation - a flight from Warsaw to London requires over 6 tons of fuel for a 162-seat plane. So if we sell 162 tickets for 119 PLN each, we will not even be able to cover the fuel costs.

Therefore, our ticket prices change with time. The later you buy the ticket for a given flight, the more expensive it becomes. The price is also conditioned by the popularity of a given destination. We advise you to make your reservations early, before other passengers do the same.

1. Via our website

The most convenient and the cheapest way to buy a ticket is also the easiest one. All you have to do is to check our flight schedule. Once you know where and when you want to go, you can buy your ticket using your credit card. Our system enables payments by VISA or MasterCard. The internet transaction must be finally authorised by your bank (the credit card issuing body), so you should first confirm which card is suitable for such payments.

After several simple steps have been completed, our system will assign an individual number to your reservation (the confirmation number), which confirms that you have successfully purchased your ticket. You should write down or print out the number, since you are going to need it during the registration procedure at the airport (during check-in).

2. By telephone

You can also buy a ticket by telephone using our 24-h Call Centre at 0 (+48 22 558 00 45 for foreign calls, 0 801 080 112 in Poland).

The procedure could not be simpler. Our Travel Assistants will be more than glad to help you, 24 hours a day. There is an additional handling fee for telephone transactions of 15 PLN per passenger.

3. At a travel agency

The ticket reservation and purchase at a travel agency requires an additional fee, established independently by the agency itself. Check different travel agencies which offer Centralwings flights.

4. At airports

Now you can buy a Centralwings ticket even an hour before the flight from most of our sales offices at the airports Centralwings flies from! You can check the list of airports here.

Payments in our system can be made using credit cards; we accept:  American Express, VISA, or MasterCard.
In the end, the payment made thought the Internet must be accepted by the bank, which issues the credit card. Please, ensure which cards can be used for this payment.
